Submerge your body into a bath of organic, hand-harvested Atlantic Seaweed (Fucus Serratus) to remove unwanted toxins & alleviate aches & pains.

The bathing ritual is the simplest and purest of all organic treatments. With its organic status approved by the IOFGA, Lazy Days utilises the natural power of organic hand-harvested seaweed to deeply moisture the skin, increase circulation and promote healing internally and externally. This is the renowned "sailors cure".

A relaxing bath soak with a blend of VOYA organic essential oils, organic lemon, lime, clove, basil and mandarin combined with bath salts. This is a wonderful aromatic bath treat prior to further VOYA treatments.

Organic Warm Spiced Mud Bath

Mud baths were traditionally used for a variety of skin and rheumatic conditions. It is deeply detoxifying due to its trace elements, vitamins, lipids and polyphenols.

It assists in reducing the appearance of cellulite and combats to signs of aging. This dark deep relaxing bath can also soothe muscular aches and pains, relive stress and fatigue and energise the mind and soul. Infused with organic seaweed extract and aromatic spices of ginger and orange to revive the senses.

With loungers overlooking a tranquil wildlife pond and Essex countryside beyond, through privacy glass panoramic windows, it is a wonderfully peaceful end to your Retreat Spa journey.

Spa Garden

Designed for resting and relaxation within the Spa Garden area you will find a cedarwood hydrotherapy pool and a barrel sauna.

It is a private fenced area with relaxation beds and cosy blankets for cooler days. Towels, robes and slippers are provided with complimentary tea, coffee and cold drinks also available.
